We are delighted that you have chosen Correct Care to help with your training needs. The following terms and conditions are a contract between you and us which covers (a) your use of our website and (b) the correct care application.

Your use of the Correct Care web site and application will be subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page.
These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide training services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

All usernames, passwords and other pieces of security information must be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone else. We have the right to disable any username or password at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms.
Whilst we will endeavour to maintain a reliable service we cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Site or Service. There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, become unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you.
