What data we receive

We use Google Analytics to collect information on how visitors use our site. This information is used to create reporting and analysis to allow us to improve the site for our users. The cookies used by Google Analytics collect a limited amount of anonymous information. Recorded is the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited.

Accessing the Correct Care Training Portal
When you access the Correct Care Training Portal which we refer to as Correct Care you will signing in using an email/username and password. We record the date and time you sign in and record which features of the service you have used. When completing courses or managing your employees within Correct Care we record which courses you have taken and changes you have made for the purpose of improving the Correct Care product and for the function of the product. We do not share any of the data you have saved in the Correct Care product with any third party.
What data we collect and how we use your data
We use the data we collect from the use of Correct Care for the purposes described below. We use this data for our legitimate business interests, in order to provide the service you have agreed to when joining Correct Care. We use the information we collect or receive: To facilitate the creation of user accounts for the purposes of signing in and recorded users training progress. To send you communications related to the Correct Care product such as feature changes and updates or changes to our terms and conditions and other policies. To send you and your employees communication related to training progress and other features related to the Correct Care product. To send you communication related your subscription and payment related information. We may use your information to request feedback about our products and services. We may use your information to keep our Services safe and secure. To respond to legal requests. To manage user accounts. We may use your information you provide via email, telephone or in person for the purposes of managing user accounts. We may use your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends.
Contact Forms
When visitors leave comments on our web site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Media you upload
If you choose to upload documents (PDF, Word, Images or videos) to the Correct Care service these will be for your organisations use only, these documents are not accessible by any other organisation using Correct Care. At your request we may manage these documents (for example help you upload, download) for the purpose of assisting your use of Correct Care. These documents are part of the backup we take to ensure the reliability of the Correct Care system.
Third Parties
We will not share any personally identifiable information you provide us with any third party unless you have given us consent. In the event of a sale of company assets, or the sale of our business to another company, the information we have stored for your organisation may be transferred to another company for the purpose of maintaining your Correct Care subscription.
Embedded content from other websites
We may embed or link too content that is hosted on an external site such as linking to an external video or document. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How long do we keep your information
Any personally identifiable we keep for as long as necessary to provide you with the Correct Care service. Should you or organisation cease to use Correct Care and we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete it or anonymise it. At all times we can remove your data at your request.
Security
We use appropriate security based on the type and sensitivity of data being stored. As with any internet-enabled system, there is always a risk of unauthorised access, so it’s important to protect your password and to contact us if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data. Unfortunately no system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that our system will be free from unauthorised access (known as a data breach), however we are using the best in field products to protect your data. In the event that we become aware of a security breach which has resulted in unauthorised access to personal information we notify the applicable authorities within 72 hours. Passwords are an important part of our security system, and it is your organisations responsibility to use strong passwords for access.

You can update or terminate your account at any time, you can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data. You can also request a copy of all the data we store for your organisation. Should you wish to terminate your use of Correct Care you can request we remove any data associated with your organisation or any individual that works for your organisation. We will do our best to provide this data in a readable form. To stop receiving promotional communications from us, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the promotional communication you receive or by contacting us directly.
